How to Obtain Sugar Land Police Reports and Arrest Records

The records division of the Sugar Land Police Department maintains and provides access to offense and incident reports for Sugar Land. These records cost $0.10 per page and $15 per hour, where applicable. If the charge exceeds $40, the department may provide an estimated cost before processing the requests.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff maintains and provides countywide records of all inmates held in its detention centers. The database contains information on inmates who have been arrested but not yet convicted. How Do I Visit an inmate in Sugar Land Jail?

Physical and online visitation is provided for inmates in the Fort Bend detention facility. Online visitation may be done from home or on-site. This video visitation is done six days a week from Sunday to Friday. Visitors must register and then schedule visits 24 hours in advance. Sugarland marriage records are public records available to all interested requestors, unless restricted by a court order. Sugar Land death records are obtainable from the Fort Bend County Clerk. Obtaining these records requires a non-refundable $21 fee for the first copy and $4 for each additional copy. Death certificates are confidential for 25 years from the date of the event. Interested persons may obtain records from 1903 till date.
